Great location, nice pool, comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast, lots of nearby restaurants. Friendly staff, delicious food. Good views of lake and fountain.

Located right across the street from the water taxi, this hotel offers a stunning view of the lake. The rooms are equipped with well-appointed bathrooms, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel staff provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant experience for the guests. The breakfast menu offers a variety of choices and the Chinese cuisine at Tse Yang restaurant is exceptional.

The atmosphere of the lobby is not comfortable and could be improved for a more relaxing experience.

Excellent swimming pool, second-floor bar, and urban beach club. Helpful room service staff named Frederic. Signature simplicity and cleanliness, outstanding location, well-trained staff. Unbelievable stay with high-level services, free room upgrade with a nice view and a Birthday Cake. Great SPA with relaxing massage, modern and clean gym and pool open from early morning till late night. Fantastic experience, highly recommended.

Exceptional staff organized a party for 30 people at an amazing restaurant with fabulous food. Upgraded to a junior suite with a room for the kids. Good swimming pool, bar, and beach club. Helpful concierge connected guests with a tour company.

Located in the heart of the city, close to restaurants and with beautiful views of the lake. The staff were friendly and the spa was a nice addition to our stay.

I was kinda surprised by my recent stay at the Fairmont in Geneva. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a beautiful waterfront view and just a short walk to the heart of the city. The hotel itself is a fine old building with well-appointed rooms. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and the evening restaurant offered delicious meals. The staff were professional and courteous, providing the service one would expect at a 5-star hotel. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel's location cannot be topped. Perfectly situated on the lake and the main hotel strip, it provided easy access to all lake activities. the spacious and recently updated room, luxurious indoor pool, and excellent gym exceeded our expectations.

The service at the floor 2 bar was slow although the housekeeping staff were lovely. the only minor issue was the lack of milk in our room.

The breakfast hours were incorrectly communicated to us, resulting in limited options when we arrived. the bed was too firm for our liking, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The staff were friendly, and the restaurants served excellent quality food. The pool area was lovely.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even granted our request for a top floor room with a balcony with fine views. The hotel facilities were great, particularly the spa with a wide range of options and was very professional. The location was perfect, right next to the main shopping street and in front of the famous Geneva fountain. the breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, with a great variety of options to choose from.

This venue exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. We enjoyed the relaxing spa and wellness center with its full body massages and beauty treatments. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring the city. the staff was friendly and attentive, always making sure that our needs were taken care of.

The only minor issue we encountered was some noise disturbance from the night club located within the hotel. this was easily resolved by requesting a room farther away from the noise.

The service was really good, with any issues I had in my room being promptly resolved within 10 minutes. The concierge service was also very helpful and friendly, providing great recommendations for local restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.
